iVEC@UWA provides visualisation services (hardware, software, and expertise) in support of scientific research. The Centre maintains a number of unique display systems designed to leverage characteristics of the human visual system and provides high end specialised workstations to assist with demanding data processing and visualisation problems.

Users are encouraged to discuss their requirements with Paul Bourke. 

The iDome is a unique display that immerses the user in a virtual environment.

A tiled display (32MPixels) is provided for viewing high resolution images.

LadyBug-3 360 degree video camera.

High resolution stereoscopic display wall.

Camera and motorised mount for giga-pixel photography.

In addition to the above hardware, the Centre can provide the following services:

• Access to video and image capture devices.
• Expertise in capturing and representing data on stereoscopic displays.
• Access to 3D printers and advice on representing data using rapid prototyping.
• Expertise in the representation of data using holograms.
